Back in 2000 I was wearing a size 18-20 and out of pure desperation and not even recognizing a picture of me as a picture of me I signed up for Weightwatchers online. The first 2 weeks I lost 7 pounds. I learned how to track and figure point values for food and then something amazing happened. Three or four months in I just woke up feeling different, what had happened is that I finally understood that my weight problem was not just the food that I was eating. It was about not putting myself first. I lost a total of 79.5 pounds and went from a size 18-20 to a size 7-9. It took about 16 months to lose it all, I got pregnant, had another baby and within the first year of his life was back to goal without trying. Here I am 7 yrs after that first time that I logged in to weight watchers, 2 children, husband, I own 2 small businesses that I run from home and wear a size 7-9. I do go up an down around 5 pounds this time of year but that is what life is all about.
I eat out once a week and have candy or cookies 2-3 times a week. I eat everything in moderation and that keeps me happy as well as the size that I like to eat. This program can help you change your life.
