I have had problems with my weight since childhood.  Over the years I have tried many diets which may have shown results, but did not last!  I went to my first Weight Watchers meeting 11/06 and lost 25 lbs in my first 10 weeks. Mainly from cutting out soda and some sugars.  I have been on the diet for 12 months now and my total weight loss is 68 lbs!!!  It is definately a lifestyle change,  you learn what you can eat portion wise and make more reasonable decisions. If you have problems with willpower,  try journaling all of the items you eat, when you keep track it makes you more responsible for your actions, and really helps keep you on track.  I would recommend this program to anyone, it has really changed my life.. I can almost get in my prom dress again,  just 17 more pounds to go!
