I have tried Weight Watchers and it's a weight loss program that is easy to follow. You still can enjoy eating what you like but you have to measure the quantity that you eat. Me and my wife both tried Weight Watchers and she lost 20 pounds with it and I lost 25 pounds. You can purchase the snacks that Weight Watchers make it is delicious and makes you fill full. I would definitely will advice anyone looking for a diet to tried out to do try Weight Watchers.
The meetings are also good to go to. You learn from your leader and other members what works for them. You get ideas for subsitutions on recipes. You also feel connected to other members since they are all losing weight one day at a time.
