Pros

    Easy to understand, Easy and fun to follow, easy to use, A lot of options, changes your lifestyle, helps you feel good about yourself, can still eat what you want on occasion!

Cons
    you must not fall off the wagon, Can be hard work, as all diets are!, Not a quick fix

At first I was skeptical thinking unless I was way overweight, it wasn't going to work for me and I'll starve to death! Well, I was wrong. In 12 weeks, I lost 20lbs, however, I decided that since I was eating correctly, I could handle my small weight problem on my own and not have to go to the meetings and weigh-ins. Once again, I was wrong. I ended up gaining back 10 of those pounds and have been struggling ever since to lose those 10 pounds.

If you stick to the program, eat right, cut out the things you really should don't need and count your points, it becomes real to you about what you're eating and just how much.

When I go out to eat, I immediately eat half of what's there and take the rest home. I will continue to battle the extra 10 pounds. It'll make me feel better overall.
