Weight Watchers allows me to "cheat" on my diet and still lose weight! By counting points and reserving a set number per week that I can use on junk food or my chocolate cravings has really helped me to lose weight and stay on track! I find it much easier to track points on foods than to focus on the calories, fat grams, fiber and all the other nutrients I'm supposed to pay attention to!
I found that the first few weeks were difficult as I obsessed over what foods were what point values and trying to figure out how to eat more!! Once I settled into the routine, it has been easy and effective.
