I have been usingĀ Weight Watchers on-line program now for a few months. It really holds me accountable by keeping track of your daily food logs. They also have different types of plans to go by. I have been losingĀ weight while using weight watchers. They have exercise suggestions, fitness ideas, and message boards to receive inspiration or inspire someone else.
