Weight Watchers —

I have been a WW member for about two years and have been very successful at losing weight and keeping (most) of it off. I haven't ever quite gotten to the goal I set for myself but am nonetheless pleased with my progress and the way that my body has changed. It's so easy to slip back into old habits, especially given my hectic schedule and stress-levels. However, getting back to meetings always helps me refocus and get my intiative back. It's definitely the best program I've tried for a lasting solution.
