I especially like the Internet, as I work on the computer all the time. It has lots of articles on everything from fitness to recipes to how to order healthy at restaurants. It also has a community section where you can get ideas from others who are going through the same thing. You also track your food and exercise and keep track of your weight in the same place.
I have found Weight Watchers to be the best program I have ever tried and the only one to keep the weight off after you have lost it.
