I love Weight Watchers. You can do it by going to meetings or you can do it on line. I love going to weekly meetings because I know that on a certain day and time each week, I have to step on a scale and see my weight on that sticker that goes on my personal weight log. I am the kind of person who needs to be held accountable for my actions when it comes to weight loss. I am competitive so when I go to meetings and here how great people are doing, it only motivates me to strive to do better...not for them but for myself. They have two different ways to work the program so it will work for so many people. On Weight Watchers, I can eat that slice of pizza, have the ice cream, eat the bread, but I have t o log the "points". Each food has a points value and you are allowed a certain number of points each day. You even get these extra bonus points to use each week...or not use. It is a program that will allow you to modify your lifestyle to get a healthier you. The price is small and the results are inevitable. I lost 20 pounds and it made me feel so much better!
