I have used Weight Watchers off and on for years, starting right before I got pregnant I lost 12 pounds in 2 months. You lose weight the healthy way with weight watchers. After I had my baby I went back on weight watchers, it is a slow process but lost 21 pounds in 4 months. What I love most is that once I finally lose the weight I want to lose I can easily keep following the plan without feeling like I am on a diet for life. It is the only weight loss plan I have found that you don't do for a few months and then gain it all back because it is unfortunately not easy to follow for life.
