I've seen Weight Watchers work.  Two people I know went down about 4 dress sizes and even more.  It allows you to see what foods are good for you and what foods are not good for you.  The points helps you see that.  It also limits the servings you have at each meal.  Weight Watchers is a healthy way to lose weight and keep the weight off.  I bought the Weight Watcher books that have food items and the points they are worth.  One of the books includes restaurants which is a good source to show what you can order and the points they are worth.  Weight Watchers is a great weight loss program that shows great results.
