Weight Watchers Review

This program really works, and the results are well worth all the hard work!  The meetings provide great emotional support, as well as a great place to exchange tips and recipes.  No food is off limits on this program, however obviously moderation is key.  I use the monthly pass option, which is $39.99/month and includes the use on the online etools.  I love the online etools because I can easily find the point value of any food.  I also keep my food journal online, and can access it from anywhere I have a computer (which is pretty much anywhere for me!).  Overall, a great program.
