After years of trying to take off the baby weight I'm finally losing weight! The 'baby' is now 5 so it's about time! ;-) I love the Weight Watchers program because it teaches the proper way of eating. It's not just a quick fix to take a pill, not eat carbs or eat cabbage soup for 3 weeks. Those may help to lose weight but they're not realistic plans that a person can stick with long term. Once they stop the weight may creep right back up. WW has taught me how to eat and also makes me accountable since I go in for weekly weigh ins. There's lots of support and always someone to answer questions. Great program that produces great results!
