The weight watchers diet is the best of all. A family member lost 30pds on this and was never hungry and learned how to eat correctly, and not be humgry. A couple of my friemds went on this too it is not a diet It is learning how to eat right. Yes there are some foods you have to eat in moderation, but you are never deprived of anything
