I have joined WW about 7 years ago to loose weight. I had lost a record amount of weight during my first 7 months on the program (points), (35 pounds). I followed it to the T and it did work for me, so I know it could work for anyone if they followed through and gave it their all. To date I have gone up and down with my weight (at the most 10 pounds here and there), but all I had to do was go back to my WW points and I lost the weight that I wanted to. Sometimes it is just 10 pounds or less, but WW does help. You just have to follow it and keep your journal, drink water, exercise and be aware of what you are putting into your mouth. This program is so easy to follow and now there are different choices to help you loose, I find the points system works for me year after year. I love it. I know there are lots of women who struggle with different kinds of diets and diet pills, but if you have not given WW a try, I would recommend it.
