Pros

    Easy and fun to follow, A lot of options, you are accountable for your actions, feel great, can still eat what you want on occasion!

    Not a quick fix

I can eat 20 points a day which is a lot of food. I went from 160lb to 128lb and I have maintained it for 3 years. I am still trying to lose weight, but at least I am maintaining. The diet is easy to do and eat any food you want. The meetings are great encouragment, but are not required.
