Thanks to a friend who turn me to it I recently joined Weight Watchers online. I am not sure how it will turn out but so far it is the best diet I have ever tried. I have done everything from Atkins Diet, to Slim Fast, to Quick Weightloss (very expensive) but with Weight Watchers I have seen faster results and at no point do I feel like I am on a diet. The best thing is that I can eat anything I want. There are no limitations to what you can eat every food has a point value. I know that if I splurge on a high point food then I have to take it easy for the rest of the day. I also love that I have extra points for week in case I want to go out to dinner. I am doing the online program so I do not need to go anywhere. I type everything in it calculates it for me and it gives the point value for all foods. I have been on it for almost 2 weeks and have lost 5 pounds already without even noticing it. I recommend it to anyone. It puts a lot of your eating habits in perspective.
