I have been a Weight Watchers member for awhile now. It assisted me in losing 20 pounds after having a baby and because it is so easy to follow, I have been able to keep it off also! I have learned about how to eat so that I am full often and about eating healthier foods.
I did have a hard time once I got to the maintaining stage at figuring out exactly how many points my body needed so that I was not gaining wait back or losing more. However, once that was figured out it was very esay to me to remain within those points each day and week and to keep my weight exactly where I wanted it to be.
