Weight Watchers, I have found, is one of the best diet plans out there for many reasons. One being that it allows you to eat normal, everyday foods and just "count their points." It also gives lee-way for bad days with Flex Points and even has 2 different programs you can choose from to follow. It is also very affordable compared to other diet plans and is a way that you can eat for the rest of your life, not just a diet to get some weight off and then you gain it all back.
