I agree with Astaire2 - it's great to love your body but that is NO excuse to be unhealthy.

Sorry to tell you but if you are obese, you are not in good health. In this instance, you can't have it both ways! As many studies as there are that say that diets don't work there are that say that a somewhat obese person does not stay that way. They continue to gain throughout their life and a morbidly obese person is at a HUGE risk for so many ailments that you can't say that you can be healthy at ANY size! WRONG! Don't diet, change your eating lifestyle.
