Pros

    easy to use, changes your lifestyle, can still eat what you want on occasion!

Cons
    Will lead to weight GAIN, Not a quick fix, you must not fall off the wagon

Weight Watchers is not a diet - it's a definite life style -eating healthy for life.  I am a "lifetime" memeber & I've put the weight on & off - This program works - but you have got to have the motivation in yourself & the desire to pay attention.  After I hit menopause it felt like a hopeless battle & the meeting leader (even though she had been through menopause) could offer little to no help.  If you are extremely obese - the meetings can be very inspirtational but I've found that the leaders offer little support to those persons struggling to loose 20 lbs or less.
