Weight Watchers is good for keeping you on track.

Pros

    Easy to understand, easy to use, A lot of options, changes your lifestyle, Can do it if you are pregnant, you are accountable for your actions, can still eat what you want on occasion!

Cons
    Not a quick fix, Can be hard work, as all diets are!

I started Weight Watchers for the first time about 2 years ago. I really like the diet because it's pretty easy to follow and you can still have some of the foods you crave. It's not a miracle diet or anything, you do have to work at it and keep up with it. The program helps with making sure you get a full balanced diet rather than focusing on one or two food groups. My doctor (OB) actually recommended that I continue doing weight watchers while I was pregnant; she just recommended I increase my points. Having my doctor recommend it really made me feel like it's a good healthy diet choice. Keeping track of your daily points is very important for you to have success and getting exercise also helps with weight loss. It's a great way to keep yourself accountable for what you eat and what you do. I would recommend this diet for anyone who want to have variety in their diet, but still lose weight.
