Weight watchers offers such a variety of plans to fit your needs. They are totally into trying to help you achieve the goals you have in mind, at a reasonable, healthy pace.
I love weight watchers, I have lost 50 lbs with them in the past, I would recomend no other plan, You have the availibity to count your points, or to use the core plan...both are great.
I myself prefer counting points so I am accredible for all the foods I eat. Which by the way can be anything. You do not have to stick with certain foods and you don't have to buy any of thier foods. You just have to commit to your self to try....Going to the meetings is a big help as well. you have a instructor weigh you in, and then you sit through a 30 min class and talk with other people about your week, and give tips and ideas on how your weight loss is going.
It is really a great way to loose the pounds and get back on track with your life.

This new way of life teaches you to maintain portion sizes, understand how exercise is important for you, and introduces more healty options into your meals like fruits and vegtables, and fiber-a key ingredient in this weight loss plan.


POINT PLAN

To use the points plan all you do is calcuate your food by looking at fat total, calories, and fiber. With thier easy to use points calculator you can easily find out how much points a hamburger has in it. You then can eat that and subtract that point amount from your daily point allowence. You are allowed so many points a day. For instance if you are in the bracket where your allowed 24-29 points a day and you have a hamburger worth 7 points then you have 17 points left for the rest of your meals. You can also bank points, and use them for special occasions. If you don't use all of your points save them for another day during the week when you might need them. Exercising also allows you to earn points to use.


COST
This program is really easy to follow and really great for loosing weight. Once you achieve your goal weight for 6 weeks and keep it there- you get to attend meetings for free.Participation really doesnt cost that much @ 12 dollars a week, or you can pay a flat fee automically withdrawn from your checking account for $39.99 a month. There is also an online program that gives you access to all thier tools and support groups online that is free when you have money automatically withdrawn.

OVERALL
You really can't go wrong with WeightWatchers...and really what do you have to loose-just some unwanted weight right?

You should try 24 Hour Fitness, it's only $20.00/month. I've lost 40 lbs in the past 4 months, and still counting!!!!
