This is a good product. It has a lot of all natural ingredients. If you want to curb your appetite, it certainly does. I have more energy as well. Take as directed though. Let your doctor know you are taking these as well when you see them. It has however, been hard to find at Wal-Mart the space is empty a lot so a lot of people must like them as well. I take them daily. They also help keep me awake as I work 12 hour shifts.
