Virgin Mobile Review

Alex is VM's automated operator. This guy really bites. He doesn't understand my voice, and he just won't take zer0 for an answer. Zero still means "Take me to your human.", right? So after 50 zillion tries, i finally get thru to a human (i think) and I ask for call records from 66 days ago. The "human" says, "That'll be 50 bucks please." I say, "Does that come with a bl*w j*b, coz this really sucks!" The human explains VM does not maintain calls more than 60 days. So I say "OK. How do I download my calls each month?" He says, "Cut & paste, sir." I say, "You want me to copy & paste 85 pages of calls?" The human says he's going to see if there's a more grown-up way to achieve my goal, but I never found out what it is cox he either hung up or got whacked for attempting to help a customer. Either way, I never got a call back. I'm now actively looking to get rid of VM.
