This is a good service until you have a problem. I live in an area that recently changed area codes. I contacted Virgin when I found out, and they said I didn't need to do anything. The day it changed my phone stopped working. I had an e-mail sent on the day of the change. I couldn't get them to change the area code. I lost over 150.00 invested.
