They SAY it takes up to 28 days to be credited for surveys. HA!! More like 2 months to never. I wrote them asking why they were seriously past due on crediting my account. They gave me the lame answer of "we are just stacked up with a backlog, please be patient". Now, survey sites demand you do their surveys by a deadline but this site doesn't want to pay you....period. One more thing: they don't write you back for weeks and only after repeated attempts by the survey taker to contact them. AVOID!!!!!
Been using it for a few months or so. I've earned and redeemed $60 so far. Yes, I have a lot of surveys tell me I can't do them. And yes, some rewards seem to stay pending for a long time. But I really have made $60 that I've used to get amazon.com gift cards. So far, I have had no real qualms with the site. Nothing bad will come of it other than wasted time so I say give it a try.
