I have been a USAA insurance user now for 15 years now and i will tell you guys one thing they are the best insurace out there that i know i checked every insrurance before i choose one and did alot of research and found that USAA is the cheapest i could find the only thing is its for military families and thats the only back fall for the company. Every time i have a question i always get the nicest people to help me out and they are very quick to get to the solution for me and they always help with the cheapest prices they can get for me which is so great that they are willing to go a step futher...

We have auto, home, and credit card with USAA.  It is the best business relationship we have had.  We have been a member for over 40 years and have never been disappointed by their service.  We have recommended this company to our grown children and they are also very pleased.  The customer service people are extremely courteous and helpful.  They settle claims in an expeditious manner and rates are not increased after a claim.  We recently got a Master Card through USAA and the rate is very competitive.  We also receive reward points which can be used for travel or merchandise.  Over...

USAA has the best customer service.  I have had my car insurance with a company since I have been driving.  Evey renewal time, my premiums go up and I have never had

a car accident.  I just became a member of USAA and went online to get a quote. WOW

Are you kidding me?  I ended up calling in because I had heard that they give multi-policy discounts.  My customer service rep was OUTSTANDING.  I ended up moving

my home insurance to USAA and I was able to pick up a VIP (our wedding bands and

other pieces of jewley) policy, and I still ended up saving money!  Keep up the good

I'm not sure I can type a good enough review for this company.  USAA is hands down the absolute best company I have ever dealt with.  The ONLY down side is that you have to be a member of the military (or family member).  However, once you're a member, I believe you can continue to pass on the membership to your kids, grandkids, etc.  (Recently, I think they've started going more public, but I'm not positive.)  I started out with just a credit card (as a teenager--they have great products like that which help kids learn finances well).  Now I still have a credit card, a checking account,...

USAA used to be only for automobiles, minus motorcycles and various recreational vehicles.  Now, any type of automobile, from sedan to motorhome to boat can be insured.  Additionally, one can go through USAA for financing.  Do you want to buy a car?  Do you want to refinance your home?  Do you want to purchase stock?  USAA can meet all your financing needs.  All you need to do is be a member.

We bought Progressive for our son thinking we would save two hundred dollars and we had a claim when a girl hit him, well she gave a false name, false phone number, but correct address, did not have her card, my son gave this to claims it was uninsured for three weeks and nothing was done so he goes to hr house and get s correct info.

She says, I thought you were not going to file, she never contacted the company.

Progressive opened a claim for her and against our son and said no one was at fault and that she had a different story from my son, so they can rule this way and they are not going...

USAA is an excellent bank I love it!. Let's  get the negative stuff out of the way first. I have been with USAA for 13 years, and they have always been fantastic any time I have needed their services. The road side assistance is second to none, I have used this service numerous times!! They will dispatch a comany to help you with whatever you need, and you know the person arriving is trustworthy because USAA sent them. As a single mom being stranded on the side of the road at night I would not have been comfortable with just finding a tow company through 411. USAA is an insurance company for military members and their families.  I am a member because my husband joined when in was in the Air Force in the late 50s.  The claim service is outstanding.  We have home and car insurance and for our few claims, they responded promptly and helped us every step of the way to be certain we were satisfied.  Also this company offers annuities which I am using to provide retirement income.  The company also provides reduced rates for things like rental cars.  We once rented a car using the link from USAA and while were were on the highway, a semi truck lost...

I've been with USAA since I started driving at the age of 18.  I am now 26.  Over the years I have added home owners insurance and valuable property insurance.  Although they are like most money grubbing insurance companys they do have good prices.  I have received quotes from other companys and some of them go as much as $100 over what USAA charges me.  One thing I dislike is that no matter how much money you contribute over the years if you ever file one claim your insurance goes up.  I have given them thousands of dollars and still have an increase in my premium.  Also, I recently moved...

I have been with USAA since I was in college. They have always been responsive to my individual needs and strive to keep in touch with me with new options and opportunities.I have made a couple of claims over the years(both uninsured drivers) and they didn't hesitate to help me get my car fixed at one of their recommended repair shops. They also deid not raise my rates, for which I was profoundly grateful.

They also offer investment accounts such as Money Markets and Roths. I have found them to be safe and prudent investors of my money.
