USAA Review

At the behest of my wife I very grudgingly switched over my car and house insurance over to USAA after spending most of my adult life with a company that I considered to be one of the best out there. A year later, I'm glad I did and never looked back.  During this past winter, I was sent out to Texas for some training for a couple of months and my wife and daughter stayed her parents place.  We thought we blew out the pipes completely but we were wrong.  Came home to check on the house, to find a mini-rain forest brewing inside.  Contacted USAA immediately and within the hour they had a company over to start the slavaging process and get the ball rolling on fixing my home.  Their representatives made sure that I was takin care of even while I was able to be there for the complete work being done on my home.  USAA is top notch who care only about helping their customers as best possible.
