USAA Review

We bought Progressive for our son thinking we would save two hundred dollars and we had a claim when a girl hit him, well she gave a false name, false phone number, but correct address, did not have her card, my son gave this to claims it was uninsured for three weeks and nothing was done so he goes to hr house and get s correct info.

She says, I thought you were not going to file, she never contacted the company.

Progressive opened a claim for her and against our son and said no one was at fault and that she had a different story from my son, so they can rule this way and they are not going to pay on his claim as he does not have collision.

I told thiem, the collision body techinician said it was no way it could have happened the way she said it could, and Progressive said that it doesn't matter, they can decide what ever way they want and if they want to believe her, they believe her so its tough.

I said, Yes, I definetely understand, You dont; want to pay a claim.  We had been with USAA for twenty six years and NEVER had any problems, I called them and they said NOT PROblEMS and gave us discounts coming back because of our loyalty.  I looked at all the revies about Progressive and was HORRIFIED.  I am so THANKFUL FOR USAA and glad they are there for us and they have good ratings.
