USAA Review

We have auto, home, and credit card with USAA.  It is the best business relationship we have had.  We have been a member for over 40 years and have never been disappointed by their service.  We have recommended this company to our grown children and they are also very pleased.  The customer service people are extremely courteous and helpful.  They settle claims in an expeditious manner and rates are not increased after a claim.  We recently got a Master Card through USAA and the rate is very competitive.  We also receive reward points which can be used for travel or merchandise.  Over the years we have had several home owners claims and the company has gone over and above to make sure we were not inconvenienced by the accidents.  The other nice benefit about this company is that we receive dividend checks.  This is a type of profit sharing for long time members.  We also recently received a mortgage through USAA.  We got a very preferential rate and courteous service.  We receivethe best auto insurance rates in the country.  All in all we are extremely satisfied with this company in every respect.
