USAA Review

I have been with USAA for 13 years, and they have always been fantastic any time I have needed their services. The road side assistance is second to none, I have used this service numerous times!! They will dispatch a comany to help you with whatever you need, and you know the person arriving is trustworthy because USAA sent them. As a single mom being stranded on the side of the road at night I would not have been comfortable with just finding a tow company through 411. I called USAA they dispatched their #1 affilliation in the area, and the lady offered to stay on the phone with me until help arrived. I declined, but she still called to check on me and let me know it should only be ten more minutes.

When I moved from Nebraska to Washington my rates went up do to the location change. I called to see if there was anything we could do without changing my coverage, and the young man on the phone was very enthusiastic and willing to assist. He asked me a few questions and within minutes was able to find me some additional discounts. He also explained to me that withing the next few years I would qualify for some additional benefits.

USAA is a great company that really cares abour their customers!!
