I highly recommend the up & up Ibuprofen brand for pain relief. I have used this for headaches, cramps, and hip pain for years. I injured my hip about two years ago from running. up & up ibuprofen works wonders in relieving my hip pain. It is what I have found to be most effective. This brand is also cheaper because it is store brand and not name brand. I have found it works just the same as name brand for a cheaper price. I definitely recommend it for any kind of pain relief. Effectiveness It always helps ease my hip pain and cramps. I have found it very effective for headaches as well. The only thing it has not eased pain for in my experience is migraines. Those tend to call for a stronger medicine. Ease of Use I usually take about 2 pills with water. I do not advise taking them on an empty stomach. I try to always eat something first. Immediacy I usually feel relief anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes. It is very quick and effective. It always makes me feel better.
