I'm a die-hard naturalist when it comes to beauty and skin care products, but I bought **up & up Creamy Diaper Rash Ointment** because the natural diaper cream I was using wasn't getting rid of my son's diaper rash. I am not fond of some of the ingredients this contains (mineral oil and petrolatum), but on a positive note, this is paraben-free and aloe leaf juice is the first ingredient, followed by beeswax. Although not a perfect product, it did the job of filling the gap my natural diaper cream couldn't. Performance The packaging says "Compare to Desitin Creamy Diaper Rash Ointment". I really liked the texture of this product; it was thick, but not too thick. It provided a protective layer on my son's skin and made his diaper rash subside after a use or two.
