I absolutely love anything Up & Up brand that I've tried at Target. Everything from their laundry detergent to their children's medicine and beyond. This Milk and Honey hand soap is no different. It totally gets the job done with getting your hands clean. I love that it is also moisturizing because we are starting to get into the cold season here, and every little bit helps. The smell of the soap is nothing that is out of this world, but I really don't expect this discount store brand to be amazing or anything. All in all, it gets the job done well at a reasonable price. And I love it and will be buying it often. Effectiveness Cleans your hands wonderfully, and never leaves any residue behind. It gets a great lather and is super convenient to have around the house. Scent Definitely not the best smelling hand soap in the world, but at such a great price, something's got to suffer, right? Still a fresh smelling soap and I will use it anytime.
