I don't know why, but when I used the up&up eye make-up remover, it just felt so greasy on my eyes! I didn't like the feeling at all, so I won't be using this product anymore. Also, I noticed that all of my eyeliner wasn't completely removed, and a some was still visible on my eye.

Up & up Eye Make-Up Remover is great if you are in a bind or if you are looking for a less expensive alternative to eye make-up remover, however it does not work as well as some of the other brands. It takes a lot of this remover to get the make-up off and I felt like I was having to scrub to get the make-up off. It also seemed to be pretty oily and irritate my eyes a little bit. The bottle size is good for the money because it isn't real expensive, but in my opinion, spend the little bit extra to get something else. This does work well to clean eyes up after applying make-up. I typically put a little bit on a cotton swab and dab up around my eyes to clean them up a little bit. I can do this without smudging the foundation because this make-up remover doesn't work well for taking off large amounts of make-up without having to really scrub. Don't even try to take mascara off with this make-up remover because you will end up pulling out your lashes before the mascara comes off.

I purchased a small, travel size bottle of this for a vacation at the last minute, not wanting to spend a lot of money. I was very pleasantly surprised. This blew my Almay make up remover out of the water for a fraction of the price. It goes on really nicely and removes make up well. (I use regular, non waterproof mascara) It did not leave any oily residue which I definitely hate and then it washed off nicely with water and my facial cleanser. It really gets everything off. I definitely recommend this product. It is more effective than more expensive brands and it is more affordable. It really is a win win. And I love my little travel size bottle, even for every day use. It saves space and lasts forever so I don't really need a giant bottle of it anyway. Effectiveness Gets all of your makeup off very easily. Ease of Use You just swipe it over lashes and lids with a cotton ball. Comes off with face wash and water.

I started using this eye make up remover as an alternative to the Neutrogena version and I have to say it is just as good, if not better. It removes all of my eye make up quickly, and doesn't irritate or dry out my skin. A little also goes a long way, and one bottle will last months. I highly recommend this product.
