the leggings worked and looked great under my daughters cheerleading outfit. they didn't slid down her hips or bunch up at the waist as she did the stunts like regular leggings can and they kept her legs warm on cold winter days at the games. they are more expensive then leggings but well worth the price for the comfort and flexibility. there were only 4 different colors that we found at Sports Authority but still easy to match with her school colors. Under Armour Cold Gear Leggings are used in my family for everything from winter travel ball, running, outside work obligations, yard work, to sledding. Everyone stays nice and warm, but not sweaty and clammy. My daughter ripped hers on a nail on her sled. They did not run or pull and I was able to stitch up the rip easily.
