We made a mistake when booking a hotel. Put the day before the date we would get there. After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes they said they would charge us 99$ for making them change the date. What a joke! Never will use them again. Ever. Shae on them.

I already use trifago and compare his prices with other sites then i have confirmed that is the best his price is very cheap it could sold for trifago members more than 50% and i travel many times with trifago offers you economize and save a lot of money

I usually get good prices, but it gets messy when mistakes happen cause I dont know who is responisble anymore, trivago or yhe bookong site. Now I check the prices on trivago and call the hotel directly

for me a hotel website, should be 1)easy to use, 2)gives me a sufficient review about the hotel, 3)and show me where i can find the cheapest price for it, and i believe that trivago does that job very well.

trivago is very simple to use, it can get the job done for u really quickly, pros: filters work properly - quick website - cheap! cons: in the mobile veriosn, trivago sends me some times to a non mobile friendly sites to complete my booking.
