Hello!  I also am a pescetarian :)  Nice intro, looks like you have a lot of I Am tags to use on the site!

The one thing I've heard that is great from TV is the Magic Bullet.  We get drawn into those commercials all the time and finally for xmas we got a similar/knock-off version.  Even though we dont have the actual Magic Bullet, I know people who got one and said it's awesome.  Our's is pretty neat even if it is a knock-off.

The one major failure we tried and returned was the Egg peeler. You put a hard boiled egg into it and push down and supposedly your egg will come out perfectly peeled.  We tried it on 3 different occasions and destroyed a bunch of hard boiled eggs!  That one was returned.  It may take longer by hand but at least our eggs are still in one piece.

Finally, the one thing I've seen on TV that I want is the tv tray that supposedly bends to all different angles and heights.  I saw a set of those online and thought about it, but I'm waiting to see if I get a coupon first :)

Hi! We have another pescetarian ~ ME. I've been eating this way for over year. I love your diet tips and as seen on TV reviews.

I read your blog about Paula Abdul. I think I can give you some insight on her behavior. She has a medical condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. I did a review on it. I know a lot about it because I have it too. Complex Regional Pain Syndrome is also known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD). It is a chronic neurological syndrome characterized by severe and relentless pain. This syndrome plays with your emotions and causes depression as well. There is a lot of other symptoms such as swelling, abnormal skin color changes, skin temperature, sweating, limited range of movement, movement disorders,...

Unfortuately, there is no cure for this syndrome. Most of the strongest medicines does not help. I'm not sure what medications Paula Abdul is taking, but I am on Neurotonin 600mg twice a day, which is a powerful dose. It puts me to sleep most of the time. If you are interested, you can go to www.rsds.org for more information.

Hi Krislynn, I never knew you were one of us :-D  Haha.  Around me noone even knows what that means.  I've been doing this diet for 10 years as of this year :)  I can't even believe it has been that long....

I feel bad for Paula because a lot of people think she is a druggy based on the way she acted sometimes, even after the TV special where she explained the problem she had.  I remember a few episodes of American Idol where she seemed Drunk!  I hope you don't have it very bad, I had never heard of it before her.

Hi Suzi,
I know my dad asked me last year why Paula Abdul acts like she is drunk. I said she has the Complex Regional Pain Syndrome that I have. I feel for anybody that has this syndrome. It is not well known even by physicians.

Unfortuately, I do have a very bad case of this syndrome and nerve damage to my left foot. I am on several pain medicine that has been helping, but they do make me sleepy. It is a good thing I don't work. I take my pain pills when my little boy takes his naps and I take one too.

The crazy part of this syndrome is you can get it just from breaking a bone, a sprain,... In my case it was from an IV needle which also caused the nerve damage. The sad part is there's no cure. There are evasive procedures you can have done. I don't think I would want to do any of them because of the dangers.
