Yes, I've got three girls, almost all are grown up.....my eldest is 26 and MARRIED, my 2nd one is 19 and a junior in college and my youngest is 13 and is in grade 8.  A lot of people tell me I'm lucky to have 3 girls because girls are easier to handle, but for my husband, it is sad because he's the only boy in the family and with him having 3 girls.....his last name is gone forever.....

My husband is also the last male in his family with his last name and the pressure was on for me to have a boy although it was up to fate. I had two sons and no daughters! Needless to say, my in laws and hubby were thrilled and so was I. I just was happy my sons were healthy.

Mine are now 18 (will be 19 in a week) and 23. They are awesome. never gave me any trouble, wonderful kids. They are my friends. They are two VERY different people but both amazing. I have been extremely lucky, I think, to have two sons who are such darn good people.

I wanted a daughter BOTH times I was pregnant and considered trying for baby 3 on the off change I would have a girl but stopped at two and am now happy that I did. I hope my sons get married and have a daughter (but one better have a son!) that I can play with before I'm way too old to enjoy that stuff.

I adopted my nephew when he was 3mos old. He is now 7yrs old. And now I have a 4 1/2 month old daughter.  Although my husband wanted a boy he is just as happy we had a girl and he has my son.  I may have another in a few yrs. Not any time son.  I love kids I just dont want alot. My mom had 7 my dad had 6 and their are a ton of step children between the two. 

My lineage stops with me. I hope if either of my girls have kids they will use my last name (maiden) somewhere in the name. I have 2 daughters, almost 29 and 31 and a 35 year old stepson.

I have one little girl. She turned 2 August 1st! What's really weird is that my mom had me about a week before her birthday and I had my daughter a week before my birthday. I was conceived on halloween 1983 and my daughter was conceived halloween 2006. I plan on having 2 more kids. If I had more money I would probably have more. I love children. I might adopt later on...it just depends on how my life goes. I'd adopt now, but I'm too in love with the natural bond that comes with pregnancy.

Our children are both older. Our son is 26, daughter 22. Man how time flies, doesn't seem that long ago that I had them. Both are living at home again. They keep coming back. Our Son, was suppose to get married this past June.....Thank God he didn't....She turned out to be WACKO!!! I say better before the wedding, then after. So he moved back home, he's starting over from scratch. Our daughter moved back home after being in Florida doing a College program with a Major Company. But she got hit by a car while crossing the street, having missed more than 10 days, (she also worked for the company). She didn't fit "their profile" anymore. She had glue on her forehead, where she kissed the curb. I just Thank God she is still with us. Not many people survive a car hitting them at 45mph, have the injuries she had. She is one lucky girl. Angels were watching over her. I told her I think it was my Dad, she believes that one also. 

If we didn't have a son, my husband's family name would of stopped with him also. No pressure from his side of the family, I liked the fact my husband just felt pride he had a son. To carry on the name, he was the one who mentioned it while I was in the hospital. 

We were just happy to have, two healthy children with ten little fingers, and ten little toes. Those I think were are first questions, not boy or girl.

I have two boys ages 8 and 11. They are a handful but I couldn't imagine life without them. Funny though how two brothers can be so different. Mine are total opposites. One is a brainiac and shy and the other is a jock & totally outgoing!

Three daughters here and I'm proud to be able to say that I would wish them on anyone.

Two sons for me - one age 19 and one 16.

I just wanted kids and didn't care one way or the other on boys vs. girls.

My two are terrific and have been easy kids. I'm blessed to have them.

I have a 19 month old son.  I currently have baby fever, but haven't started trying again yet :)  I would love to have another boy!

We have two boys.  I REALLY wanted to try for a daughter for awhile, but once both the boys were self-sufficient, that dream kind of faded.  Give it time, your husband may feel the same way in a year or so.

Yes, I have one son, who's grown and long gone lol...he's 28.  And no, I won't be having anymore either - eep!  I'm a "dog mom" and have a canine "son" and a "daughter".  That's as close as I'll get to having a girl.
