What's wrong with Viewpoints?

I just wrote a review on Netflix & noticed a few things that looked weird.  First of all, the editing toolbar was not present.  I couldn't bold the font, etc.  Then, when I published the review, it all jumbled together as if I hadn't created paragraphs.  Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi! We had formatting issues earlier this week but the bug was fixed. Sounds like we have an issue again. What web browser and version are you using? (Internet Explorer 6, 7, Firefox, Safari?)

I've had a similar situation occur when trying to post a review (editing toolbar missing), but I chalked it up to a problem with Google Chrome. When I logged out and switched my browser to Internet Explorer, the problem was resolved.

Good point, Bryan. Because Google Chrome is such a new browser, we aren't quite prepped for it in that all the bells and whistles may not appear or function properly. Switching to Firefox or Internet Explorer is best when using Viewpoints (for now.) We'll eventually update the functionality to work beautifully on Google Chrome, it just may take a little while.
