Got it.

Viewpoints is on the third page or was when I was on there. You have to click to link "see site" and then the vote button is at the bottom.

I'm getting an error, but it could be because I am attempting to access from work (shhhhh- don't tell upper management).

Try going to www.chicagoinnovationawards.com, then click nominations and scroll through to find VP on the last page.  That might not work for Bryan though if the site is blocked :)
