Okay VP I really need your help! It's the cold and flu season and I've got one heck of a cold and can't seem to get any relief from the over the counter meds. Anyone have a good homemade remedy?

A couple good shots of "Southern Comfort" followed by lots of blankets covering yourself in bed. Sweat it out.

Hi GrandmasOpinion,

Well what I do is take me an herbal remedy, I have several, esp. lately for the immune system. I don't want to plug the brand, but if you need a little help, I'll point you towards what I use, just lemme know ;)

I've reviewed a few of the brand I use so far.
