Hello everyone.My name Heather,My husband and I have been married for 19 years and still going strong.But to see us people wouldn't believe it.We are high school sweethearts.And he's still my sweety. We have a 5 cats and two dogs which makes a happy house.Grow a garden every year and each the food that we get from it every winter.I think this site is really cool and I'm happy to be here.

Hello BayouBengal.  Thank you about my lovebird she was a great bird.She was friends with our cats.The one cat we have would sit by her cage and Hannibal would come down and sit with him.That was her name.After the movie "Hannibal" And yes I enjoy the site people are so nice here. We have a garden every year. This year we made it even bigger.We bought 400 plants. Yeah thats alot. Green peppers,hot, tomatoes,cali broc,pots,onions,catalopes. We can alot too.To get us through the winter. Do you can too.?

How did your garden do this year? Ours got attacked with the blight so it killed our tomato plants we got some but not like what we got last year. So fingers crossed that nothing kills it next year.

Hello, I am a proud married for 25 years stay home mother of 2 beautiful successful children.  I love to garden and debate politics. I have worked part time for a book publishing company many years ago but I have been working in the home for the most part.

Welcome!  I grew my first garden this year.  My tomatoes did great, but my cucumber plant turned brown and died (I did water it).  My bell peppers are still going strong and so are my other pepper plants.

Hi this2shallpass19, Congrats on your first garden.Good deal with your tomatoes. A fresh tom is always so good. Our garden time has come and gone but we have good sause canned to remember.For your cucumbers you either watered to much or not enough. Our plants died from "blight" this year.Alot of people got it. Good to hear about your bell peppers.We got some good ones.Thier skins were really thick nothing like buying the ones at the store.And big too. Garden produce is so good. Good luck with the rest of your garden time. Nice to meet you. GG131
