Most of you know that the profile photo I use isn't me [thank goodness] , but my alter-ego . . . my question is: should I keep the "Ol' Cowboy Granny" photo or change it to an actual photo of myself?  The polls are now open . . .  

p.s. my [soon to be ex-husband] thinks the granny photo is better looking than me! LOL

Have fun! I like the Ol' Cowby Granny! You could also try a different granny if you need a change, of course.

I'd love to see a pic of you whether you use it as your profile pic or just in your photos. Why not change for a while to "you" and switch back and forth? I love seeing the real people behind the words!

You're always fun, so either one is fine. I do enjoy seeing the faces behind the reviews and board posts.

One note - I get kind of confused with switches. I think very visually, so I lock in those profile pics. But, I can get used to a new one after a while (-:

Hi Patty!  And there are a couple of photos of me in my photo section.  Hope they don't cause any permanent eye damage, You've been warned, LOL, thanks!

I'm the same way when it comes to Profile Pics, I get so used to seeing you I'd get "confuzzled" if you were to change your photos.  But then again I get confuzzled easily, thanks CyndiA :)

Your DH can say what he wants...you DEFINITELY look better than your ole granny pic, but I think it really shows your personality and cracks me up...you can go either way, but I think ole granny is hilarious!

I think you should switch it up a bit. Even add a third or fourth to the ones you post. Then we can see all sides of you. The one of me now is the "reserved" me:) Jo

When you friended me and I saw that pic, I laughed so hard! My Nan didn't have teeth and her face puckered up like that! Then I went on and saw your real pic, and I was like: "hey, she doesn't even look like a "grandmaw!" I think it's hilarious and shows personality! A regular pic is nice too, but your profile pic is one of my favorites on all of VP!!!! Don't change is my vote!

Aw bless your heart lol, alas I am a grandmaw and feel every bit the grandmaw, especially the mornings after our ride horses! I think "Cowboy Granny" looks the way I feel!  Thanks for the vote!! :)

I LOVE your old granny picture- I also like the fact that you have a more realistic picture on you profile page... in the end, it is your call.

Go with your intuition. Your Granny photo always brings a chuckle. The real you always brings a smile.

I may soon shock a few people and show a real photo of me. : )
