If you find something fishy on the site that you don't typically experience, (e.g. error messages, trouble posting content, etc.) let us know.

The more details we know, the better. Please supply as much helpful info as possible like:

1) What web browser are you using? (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.)

2) If having trouble posting a review... What product are you attempting to add?

3) If you receive an error message, what does it say? (e.g. Server error, We're sorry an error has occured.)

I am keeping a record of these issues you are reporting here. Our tech team will be investigating each item on a weekly basis in order to prioritize the workload efficiently. If I don't reply directly to your post here... please know that your message has been noted and submitted to our team each week. In some cases, I may need to reply to you by email. Some issues can be resolved easily and quickly. Others will take extra time so we want to make sure high priority issues are addressed first. Thank you.

The little yellow ballons that appear next to the discussion board posts are not there today. I am signed in and I know I have not read the new posts on all of the different threads.

When I saved a review as a draft I used to get a box in the top right corner of my profile. Now I got ??? Where did the draft review go?

Explorer... I've had them on this computer before but today they are not there.

Now, drafts can be found on your My Home page - right side column under your To Do List.

Explorer... I've had them on this computer before but today they are not there.

We've isolated the issue and should have a fix in the next day or two.  Thanks for the heads up and feedback!

I can't edit a comment I left on someone's profile page.   ;-(  Now my misspelled word will be misspelled forever!

I miss the helpful votes icon by the review listing.

George, thanks for the heads up. It looks like we forgot to put the "draft posted" message on the redesigned page. We will fix that ASAP!

Also, please see the Profile Page launch thread questions about helpful votes. We need you guys to share feedback about where you want them to appear and if you think they should be displayed publicly or not.

Quick note: We've found some java script errors that we're working to correct. If you notice elements like the Google Maps feature not working... we are on it.

The number of visitors to my home page has not changed although some members have indicated they had visited and looked at photos, etc... over the last few days.

I have written more reviews but on my home page the number of reviews has not changed.  But when I look at my reviews it does indicate the new number.  My total review count is off by 10 reviews.

Note that for now, the way to edit a message you have left on someone's profile page is to go your Inbox and include "ones you've written".  You'll see the Edit link by any message you have written.

One of our partners was having some issues last week. If anyone is still having problems in Internet Explorer, please go to "Tools...Delete Browsing History...Delete Temporary Internet Files" to delete these outdated files. That should fix the problem!

NOTE: we are still working on the visitor and review count mentioned in the posts above.

I wanted to put a link in my Englander mattress review  [http://www.viewpoints.com/review/edit/Englander-Natures-Finest-review-4e143]  but it wouldn't give me that option; just like with this post.

On my Review page, I scrolled down to look at all of my "I Am" tags.  When I clicked on the "More" arrow, a small window opened that looked like it was attempting to load but never did.  The small window stayed blank.and the background went completely black.

Hi Meri. Do you see the link and unlink button in your tool bar in edit mode? You must highlight the words you want to link in order for the buttons to become active. I just tried to link in a review and here in this comment on the message boards and it worked ;) I'm using Firefox. If you are using another browser, please let me know.

Thanks for the report! I just tested it out and experienced the same problem. It's taking a really long time to load. We'll add this to our list of items to check out. In the meantime you can view and edit all your tags by going to My Home - About Me - Manage I Am Tags.

We'll have a fix for this going in tonight.  You should see your profile page views climbing again by Thursday (it takes some time for that data to percolate through our system).

I wrote two reviews last night and tried to save each to a draft. I got a message that it was saved to my drafts folder, but it did not take me out of that page. When I tried to get out of the page, it reminded me that if I didn't save it that the data would be lost. I tried re-writing the one about "What Will Fat Cat Sit On?" because I had put a question mark in the product line, but it happened again. I ended up publishing both of them last night but just wondered if I'm not doing something correctly or if this is a glitch:

You are not doing anything wrong. This is an element we can improve so thanks for reporting. First, your content is not lost. After hitting "Save as a draft" you should see a green message at the top of the page that says "Your draft has been saved. It is in the Drafts to Complete section of the My Home page."

Next, you can click on My Home to access your drafts. At that time... you see the pop-up warning to save your work. This is what we need to fix. Your draft is already saved so that pop up should not appear again.

If you ever save a draft and it does not appear in your drafts section... please let us know because that would definitely be a glitch.
