6. If you were another person, would you be friends with you? (I like this question. Inquisitive.) Ummm...not if I wanted someone who could be there for me every second of the day. But I would be my friend for the advice I give. I only wish I could give myself the same advice - and take it!

9. Would you bungee jump? Only if it was that or jump off of a tall building without a bungee. But no, I wouldn't opt to do it.

11. Do you untie your shoes when you take them off? Always, always, always. I go nuts when people don't untie their shoes. My son NEVER does. UGH. He just has to untie them to put them on so why not do it when he takes them off?

12. Do you think you are strong? I know I am mentally strong in ways or else I wouldn't be sane or nearly sane now. Been through a LOT. Physically, I'm strong when I'm mad. I could beat up a linebacker. But only when I'm mad. Otherwise, I'm kind of a wimp.

13. What is your favorite ice cream? Not a big fan of ice cream but I like butter pecan with big pecans and chocolate chip cookie dough with big dough chunks.

14. What is the first thing you notice about people? Their body language. Are they confident? Shy? Happy? Arrogant? I can tell how a person is by just looking at how they project themselves. In women, I often notice their clothes or hair. In men, if he has muscles, I zone in. Otherwise, I notice eyes and smiles.

37. Favorite Sound? My sons talking to each other, the ocean waves,  and birds because I can't hear them. Now and then, if I am at the right place, right time, with hearing aids in, I CAN hear them and I almost cry.

   You want to know the time I miss my mom the most? Mother's Day. Especially that first Mother's Day after she passed, I was a wreck that day. It was my second Mother's Day as a mom and I remember waking up that morning, thinking, I don't have a living mother I can call and wish a "Happy Mother's Day" to. I have to plan out or have someone plan out a fun thing to do that day every year, so I don't burst into tears the whole day.

You're hilarious! I haven't seen Sweeney Todd, yet, as much as I LOVE Johnny, I think that one might have too much blood in it for my taste. Did you write a review? Because I'm curious about the movie. . .

I struggled growing up wanting/craving that special bond with my mother but she didn't want it so I bonded with the older ladies in my church.  5 years ago my mother had a stroke that really messed her up.  She has yet to acknowledge I am her daughter or what my name is.  I have given up ever having that special relationship with her but I will forever be grateful that that dreaded night did not become tragic.  We still have my mother with us and she is no longer as mean and hateful.  Now she thinks everything is "purty and cute" and she is more tolerant.   Speaking of mother's; my birthday will be on Mother's Day in 2009 and I don't have any children :+(

11. Do you untie your shoes when you take them off? All the time - I tie them way too tight to pull them off, and if I did tug long enough to accomplish it - the shoes wouldn't last very long.

12. Do you think you are strong? Physically - for someone of my size (5'1" / 102#) and being female, yes.  When I was younger my parents had us help them move Juke Boxes and I guess that just built up my stamina. Mentally, yes also, but I won't go into why, too long.
