ticketmaster.com Review

I wish there was some other way to get tickets for many different venues in the Mpls/St. Paul area OTHER than Ticketmaster.  There are a lot of different concerts, plays or other attractions I would like to go to, but Ticketmaster has a monopoly on almost everything.  Thankfully there are a few venues that will still allow you to purchase tickets directly at their box office.  A lot of the time concerts are already expensive, but then you add in the "convenience charge" of using Ticketmaster which will be around $10 or more PER TICKET and it will make you rethink going to that concert or play.  It is NOT convenient to use Ticketmaster when there is no other option.  They can just charge this fee because you can only go through them.  When will it be up to the venue to charge for the tickets over a company that overcharges their customers?
