superlube auto repair service —
i took my car to superlube for a wheel alignment. after waiting 3 hours i was told that i had a broken tie rod. i have broken enough tie rods to know when i have a broken one. they asked me if i wanted them to fix it (like i really had a choice) i said yes. after another hour and a half they were finally finished with my car. i paid and was thrilled to be leaving. once i pulled out and stopped at the stop sign my steering wheel began to shake something terrible, as i backed up to pull back into the shop another customer was bringing his van back on a tow truck. i got out of my car and asked peter why was my steering wheel doing that he told me it could many reasons. i asked him to give me the most logical one, he then told me it could be my rotors, i said what about my rotors, he said they could be warped i told him not possible i had just had a complete brake job 3 weeks prior. peter than told me to contact the shop where i had my brakes done. i did. they told me to bring my car in and they would check it out. mind you i paid for a wheel alignment. as i was driving i waited to get on a street where there were not any cars on the road. i let my steering wheel go and dont you know my car veered off to the right. i was ******. i could not wait until monday to call superlube. i took my car back to the shop where i had my brakes done and they told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes, they even drove my car and could not believe that i had paid for a wheel alignment. i called superlube when i got home and spoke to peter once again he could not give me a straight answer and asked me what did i want him to do. that was an easy question at least to me anyway. i told peter i wanted a full refund he flat out told me no. peter said i could bring my car back and they would take a look at it. there was no way in high heaven i was going to let him or any other employee at unsuperlube touch my car. i then spoke to fred a so called manager that you were supposed to call if you had any complaints. needless to say he talked to me as if i were a dumb girl who knew nothing about cars. i may be a woman that does not know too much about cars but i know when you get a wheel alignment your car should go in a straight line. to make a long story a little shorter i ended up losing my money but i did file a complaint with the bbb. so if you need repairs done on your car please do not go to unsuperlube.
