Hi everyone.Just want to let you know that chromium from solar (I like the SOLGAR brand because it is suitable for e,also it`s sugar,salt & starch free)I try my best to treat my health conditions in a holistic natural way as I can.Chromium Picolinate (the label says elemental chromium )is good for lowering blood sugar.(I have diabetes ,it works good)and I t also shakes up your metabolism so you can lose weight.So,if you have low thyroid problems like me it will work great.If you look at a lot of diet products you will most likely see as one of the ingredients listed.I give this to my dog "Toby" who also has low thyroid problems & is overweight.It helps to keep his weight under control. It comes in capsule form and I sprinkle it in his food.I love the Solgar brand,in my opinion it is one of the purest forms of chromium that I have found.I also like the vitamin C they have.I buy mine at Whole foods and sometimes fruitful yield stores.
